Hope you had a lovely day!
Today I am sharing our refreshed master bedroom.
Not too many changes in the Master since the last time I showed you.
However, I do have some new faces and perhaps you have never seen
our eclectic mixed up master.
I have lots of thrifted, gifted and painted decor in here as well.
First thing to any room refresh are some pillows.
They can instantly change it up.
As you can see my diy dream banner
and stenciled lampshade are still there..
We really can use new dressers and nightstands…
however, just not in the budget right now.
A little stenciling and changing of the knobs perked it up for now.
I have had these panels now for a few years.
They were a great buy, and with a the coupon even better.
Cheaper than Pottery barn, and they in fact look almost identical.
I didn’t fuss much when taking these snaps today.
I left things pretty much how they are here everyday…
I did take the bra off the dresser though:)
and Goodwill mirror
still the same too.
The vintage tea cups were also given to my from my dear FIL.
I used them as vintage tea cup candles now.
Still loving my
window frame over the bed
The bedding I bought in the Fall.
My white shabby chic bedding set
Between my shedding black dog,
it never had a chance.
Even my diy tattoo mat remains the same.
Oh and you can see here that my panels from World market were not originally long enough.
So I bought a bed skirt from Goodwill
and added the trim to the panels to make them longer,
with a hot glue gun of course.
the wall color is Cappacino by restoration hardware.
If you ever want a blast from the past
you may enjoy our once hippie chic bedroom.
I loved this style for a very long time…
but, it was time for a change.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Always a pleasure to have you.

I love your bedroom Debbie. Great bedding and the window above the headboard is awesome.
Good morning Debbie! I love your vintage bedroom style. It’s quite different from the hippie chic look isn’t it? I liked them both though. I especially love your drapery panels in both styles as well. I also really like the bedding you chose for your vintage room. It’s not white but still pretty neutral and you have complimented it so well with the stenciled dresser. Very cute!
I Love it !! I can’t wait to do mine!! You have so many different layers and and your Bedroom is Inviting and Interesting. I too leave what I like whether it will look good in a picture or not.I think it looks Beautiful!!
Thank you Lisa..I also did hide some things under the bed…
Looks beautiful, Debbie. I love the refreshment.
Looks great, Debbie and thanks for removing the bra. 🙂

Your bedroom looks great, Debbie! I love your bed! Love the stencil on the dresser and your drapes are great. I am the same with hot glue ~ if it holds, why not?! : )
Luvly room Debbie. Beautiful bed and stained glass window panel above it. Hmmm.. I will have to look at my glue gun in a different light now. Thinking….
Love the refreshed look! And I love all those windows you have!
I love the stenciling on your dresser. The knew knobs are so pretty too Debbie. You have a beautiful bedroom!!!
What a pretty and peaceful room! I want to lighten up my bed too, and know that if I put a light colored bedspread on the bed, I will regret it!! I have a big chocolate brown lab, and a Wheaten Terrier. They both love to be on the bed!
Debbie, this is wonderful! I love your refreshed master! The chest looks great stenciled! You always amaze me with your creative ideas!
Hi, Debbie! I love these pictures of your bedroom! If you ever decide to get rid of that window over your bed, let me know! This room really says “You” with all the DIY projects you’ve done. Love the curtains and the stenciled dresser. I hear you on the bedding, I love white and I have a little black dog that sheds and a medium sized white dog that loves to roll in the yard…can’t win! lol!
I love your bed, Debbie and your sweet stenciled dresser is “da bomb!” Gotta snap some pics and share of our bedroom….it’s coming along!
Give Debbie a glue gun and watch out! LOL. Your refreshed master bedroom is beautiful, Debbie! You’ve given it such character with all of your amazing DIY projects! The stenciled dresser is fabulous … love how you hung the candle chandie low in the window.
I love your room! Full of love and ingenuity! That’s what rooms are supposed to be made of! Excellent!!~~Angela
Debbie, I love your bed it is so pretty and the window over the bed is great! A lot of nice touches.

Oh! I so need to do some primping in our room. Getting the rest of the house in shape has just been taking over.
Your bedroom is beautiful. I love the way the light comes in that room. Nice and cozy and comfy. Love the pillows on your bed too.
I love your bedroom! I love the vintage, collected over time, look that it has. I love your wall color too. I had a similar color in my master, then last year I changed it and have been regretting that decision ever since!
At Rivercrest Cottage
wow. that new room is lovely. couldn’t believe the before…the new drapes really perked the room up!
It looks so fabulous Debbie!!! Makes me want to go do a master bedroom refresh now too! I don’t change things up in there a whole lot so it might just be time. 🙂
I think I’m gonna make a bunting for the bed frame just so my husband can have a laugh every night and say he loves my bunting.
You mean he doesn’t say that already?

Your master bedroom is gorgeous! I love all of your refreshers!! I was just thinking that my master needs a little refreshing too!
You have such ‘style’ my friend! You’ve made your bedroom so romantic with your special touches. I like all of the natural light you get through your big windows and that adorable chaise! I love summer time! Bring on the SUN!!!
Love your new bedding!!
I think your bedroom is really pretty! I love your iron bed. It really sets the tone for the whole room. I also like the collection of pillows on your bed. Sounds like you’ve been able to find some things at a bargain which is not always easy. You’ve done a great job taking things from various places and making it all work together so well.
Debbie, I love your room – it totally reflects your own personal style! Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend!

I love the way that green blanket across the foot of the bed compliments the curtains..and clever idea for lengthening the curtain panels. I love all the personal touches in your bedroom, too.
I love your bed Debbie! Your master bedroom is so cozy and warm – you must really enjoy winding down in it each evening!
I love it Debbie, great choices…so cozy!
Beautiful and serene, Debbie.
Don’t know if you’ll ever see this because it’s so old, but I really love your bedroom. It’s very much my taste. I love the light hanging in front of the window.
Love that bed. Can you please tell me where you bought it?
We bought it online at Wesley Allen. You find a carrier near you.
