Happy day to you today!
Thanks for stopping by to see what we are up to.
Today, my husband cooked. I am going to share with you How to make a french dip in a dutch oven.
We love our dutch oven that we purchased last year from World Market.
It is such easy clean up, and anything I have made in this dutch oven is pure perfection.
Roasts, whole chickens, pork loins, you name it.
This is what was on the menu Sunday.
French dip
baby carrots, caramelized onions and fresh green beans with Tarragon.
Easy ingredients.
best ajue ever.
and now for the recipe. Thanks for stopping over today. If you are not a regular, I sure would love to see you back again.

Ingredients
Method
- First tenderize the meat, but not necessary, my husband likes to do that. Add seasoning and pierce 3 stems {NOT the entire clove} of garlic in the meat..just small pieces are fine. Cut up onion. Add the carrots, onion, beer lipton soup, smidge of vegetable paste {optional} and beef broth to the dutch oven over meat.
- Let cook for 3 hours at 350 degrees. ENJOY with some crusty rolls and a side bowl of ajue for dipping.
- You could use a larger cut of sirloin and all the above would remain the same.
