Red, White, and Black Christmas tree decorating ideas

Hi there folks! It’s just the right time to think about putting up our Christmas trees. In fact, we may be late according to the blogoshphere. UGH! Everything is so rushed these days. I just want to enjoy the moment, not have the moments pass us by.  The red, white and black color scheme is what I am thinking for this years tree. The only thing new I purchased was the ribbon.

PLEASE scroll all the way to the end to see the list. Thanks.

My home sweet home sign was my inspiration this year. I knew it would go on the mantel. I really loved our tree last year.

Flocked and fun Christmas tree decorating ideas

I had it packed full of ornaments. All different themes. Just things I love basically. I am thinking this year just might be all snowmen and Christmas ball ornaments. I don’t know yet. I have plenty from the dollar tree from years past, so I’m not worried about what I don’t have. There is a good chance, I do have:)

You can see the full flocked tree here from last year.

Here are 10+ plus inspiring red, white and black trees I found around pinterest.

Enjoy. Let me know what you think about that color scheme.

Thank you so much for visiting with me today.

I share all things, thrifty home decor, crafts and a recipe or two on occasion.

So happy your mom and sis are there. Very pretty tree. I am waiting for son to fix lights on mine as new puppy chewed through them. Sang Happy Birthday to mom in Heaven yesterday. Am primed and ready for Black Friday. Decorating not shopping.
    Happy Thanksgiving.

No, sorry, Debbie, but black and white—even with red added–don’t do it for me for Christmas tree decor. It feels like too heavy a look and I don’t like the trees so stuffed full of decorations. I like to see the branches and a lighter look appeals to me more. But, hey, each to his or her own, right? I have done my little tree in a silver and white theme for several years, now and really like that look–it’s peaceful and calming to me.

Anyway, I’m so glad your mom and sister are there to enjoy the holidays with you. Nothing better than being with loved ones for special holidays. Especially if you don’t see them often the rest of the year. So, Christmas blessing to all of you!

It’s been a ball. I think when all is said and done on our tree this year you will get the theme and why:) I am just finishing up soon. Enjoy, and Happy Thanksgiving.

I have a black tree for Halloween, but I think I’m going to stick with my standard tree with the ornaments I’ve collected since I was little girl, but I know yours will be WONDERFUL, nor matter how you choose to go.

So glad you’re having a great week surrounded by your loved ones at Thanksgiving. That’s what it’s all about!

Just ordered your apron. I could not resist!

Happy Thanksgiving to each and every one of you, Debbie!
    Hugs!
    Kris
