Spring and Summer time crafting projects

By Debbiedoo's Team Published: Mar 10, 2013 · Modified: Feb 4, 2025

Today, I have put together a Spring compilation post 10 + of my own.

I have been a busy girl since February with Spring projects and just in case you missed one, two, or even three, here you will find them.

I believe my cute little burlap butterfly Spring art was my first Spring fling.

Spring-summer budget friendly crafts

So let’s take a look shall we……

 Spring art on burlap

You do realize all my Crafts are very simple diy projects that anyone can do.

And they really do look cute around the house per season, so why would you NOT want to craft and make your own?

This is my first Spring Mantel that I ever really enjoyed doing.

My burlap banner was also very enjoyable to do as well, and I can use it mostly year round.

In case you haven’t noticed, I really love all things burap

My French Country Spring wreath, could not have been easier..and really looks cheerful in our

Kitchen window.

There are days, I will do several crafts if I have all my supplies out, and have the time, why not…

Get ahead, and if I am really in the mood, I can sometimes do three crafts in a day.

These cute diy burlap utensil holders were so very simple to do.

And don’t even get me started on mod podge projects

I can whip out a Spring, summer, Fall, Winter mod podged can in a heart beat

recycled can decorated for spring

See what I mean..this Mixed media butterfly art was whipped up the same day as the can.

I guess I didn’t get off my can too much that day…

and I wonder why I am packing on the pounds.

There are more, like

my Spring cloche

butterfly liquid glass lantern

But wait, the fun did not stop there..

I decided seeing I was on such a burlap project kick

I would

make my own

diy burlap bunny

and of course spray paint a wreath and make a quickie Spring one.

My diy felt flowers sure look cute on my wreath don’t they?:)

I also tried my hand at some Spring/Easter printables recently

Three Spring-Easter printables

They did not turn out half bad for a newbie.

If you are not a regular here, I sure would love to see you back again.

You’ve been busy doing two or three a week, I’ve been a slug thinking about doing two or three a week – but that didn’t happen.

All your projects are great, but I have to laugh because what I am taking away from it all is a little detail in one project. I like how you made the little burlap bow on the butterfly project. I will be adding that to my repertoire of ideas.
