Mexican salsa salad

By Debbiedoo's Team Published: Jun 29, 2013 · Modified: Feb 4, 2025

Hey there!

Hope y’all are doing well.

I thought I would share this recipe seeing the 4th of July is coming, which means party time!

This Mexican Salsa salad I am  sharing  is sure to be a crowd pleaser for any occasion.

It’s so easy too!

I had a 50th surprise birthday party to attend and the host asked for appetizers.

Seeing it is HOT, and food will be outside, I thought this was a perfect choice.

It is very refreshing as well,

healthy and tasty!

Of course minus the scoops and you have real healthy.

Personally, I think they are a must.

That’s it, all you have to do is combine all the ingredients

and add the fresh squeezed lime to taste.

If you like it super lime tasting, just add more.

Depending on how much you make are per the ingredients you use.  If you want to make a huge bowl, just double this.  The lime juice is per taste as well as the cilantro.  I like to taste both those ingredients so I use more.

You really can’t go wrong with how little or too much you add.

I also used a little of the bottled lime juice to taste

I went with the middle ground and will bring some fresh limes with me and they can squeeze if need be.

Thanks for stopping over today.

I love salsa! Sometimes when I don’t feel like cooking I’ll sit in front of the TV with a bowl of chips and salsa. Such a bad habit, but oh so good. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Debbie!!
