Mason jar vignettes {Pinterest copy cat}

By Debbiedoo's Team Published: Oct 24, 2013 · Modified: Feb 8, 2025

Hi there everyone!

Today, I am sharing several ways to decorate with mason jars, creating vignettes all inspired by pinterest of course.

It all started with  a simple share of a mason jar vignette on my facebook page.

Mason jar vignettes inspired by pinterest pins

You gals seemed to love it and of course so did I that is why I shared it.

I was also inspired after I made my Fall Mason jars

Then my friend Shannon {Fox Hollow Cottage} saw me post a picture on my private facebook page of the vignette and she absolutely loved it and sparked the idea for me to share creating mason jar vignettes.

I love my friends…thank you.

So here we go.

Next grab some candles and create a romantic mason jar vignette

Candles in mason jars

Here is my version. Keep in mind it is Fall, so I am going for the Fallish theme around here.

I used pumpkin seeds on the bottom to hold the candle in place.  Like my owl candles? My friend gave me those last year and this was my first time using them.

and here is my version

I used a roasting pan and natural elements from our yard and some dried flowers I had that I was just about ready to toss.

Photo op! instead.

and the last one I used an old rustic caddy I had on hand.

I love every single one of them. Now I just have to eat all the jars of stuff my daughter canned so I can decorate with my jars again!

I love them all Debbie, but especially the last one with the caddy! I’m always on the lookout for special items at thrift stores that I can repurpose like that!

I have an obsession with Mason jars. They make such great cups, and decorations. I’ve never heard of turning them into candle holders, but I love it. Thanks for sharing!
