Sounds so fancy the word vignettes. I didn’t even know what a vignette was until I started blogging. Certainly, I have created many, but who knew grouping a number of décor items in a group setting actually has a term.
Today, I am sharing some Holiday decor vignettes.
In the interior design and decorating world it basically means creating arrangements or displays around your home. To me vignettes are little spaces that make you stop and appreciate a collection of items displayed. I think creating vignettes in your home helps create a more cozy like feel.
Vignettes.

Yankee Candles set the tone for warmth and ambiance. I already shared that sentiment a few weeks ago
sharing my Yankee Candle® and Pure Radiance™ holiday fragrances and giveaway.
Welcome to our entry and family room.
Every nook and cranny was filled this holiday season. I didn’t miss too many corners.
There is no man like a snowman free printable I made a few weeks ago. I printed one up for myself of course and used it in our vintage typewriter.
Your holiday décor should always include a candle or two in my ever so humble opinion. They also make for wonderful gifts for the hostess this holiday season.
When my Mom and sister were visiting, we hit up an antique Mall and my husband found this vintage scale dated back to the 1800’s. We couldn’t find much info on it, but he loved it so much that my Mom bought it for him for Christmas. She loves her son-in-law so very much. Does-, she love him so much because he truly is a great husband, Father and Man, or is it because Thank God someone married me. Could be a combination of the two.
Here you can see the patina and the detail on the scale. Pretty neat vintage piece to add to our collection of vintage finds.
Love my Pure Radiance™ Christmas line with a Crackling Lumiwick™ Christmas candy scent.
So cozy and smells so nice in the family room.
I think I have a Yankee Candle in just about every room. I love the traditional tumblers.
They truly are the best holiday gifts, whether to your hostess or to yourself . Their scents tell the season. If you don’t have a real tree, the Magical Frosted Forest scent will let you pretend you do.
Just a few simple doo-dads here in there in the Christmas kitchen.

Then there’s a touch of the season in the Le Bain.
I made this canvas art years ago. They are just stickers and a dollar tree snow flake. Looks cute though and perfect for a little bathroom.
I love having a candle in the bathroom. Especially when guests are over. It even looks cozy in there.
Typically speaking, when creating vignettes, think in odd numbers. Bunches of three and five, and different height variations. I don’t think there is a golden rule and I probably break most decorating rules. It does seem though most of the the time the vignettes I create are in odd numbers.
Can’t forget my snowmen!
You can see my all things Snowman tree, and crafts here.
That’s all for today. Thanks for stopping by. I wish you a very merry and bright Christmas and holiday season.
