Just dropping in to wish all you lovely Mom’s a Happy Mother’s day.
Also, sharing a little craft gift I gave as a little extra for my Mom this year.
This was her main gift which is a new jewelry line South hill designs.
It is really neat and a very personal, special personalized gift.
These are all significant meanings relating to my Mom.
She really loved it.
I picked up one of those plain three tiered Plaid picture frames at Walmart for a few bucks.
I thought I could jazz it some.
I painted it
stenciled
and even mod podged some tissue paper.
Tissue paper and embellishments came from the dollar tree of course.
Each frame had a different something special in it as well.
You may recall these Charmers
from My memories post of days gone by.
The last one is scrap paper with pretty stamp from Hobby lobby
I stamped on the scrap paper..flowers and music notes.
Funny, here I am 47 years old
and I never recall making my Mom one crafty thing when I was a child.
Perhaps I just don’t recall,
or perhaps back then kids just didn’t have teachers who did those things with their students
like they do today.
I have everything my boys ever Made me for Mother’s day when they were small.
