participate, thank you so much, Debbie! 🙂
and I share this home with my sweet hubby and four
girl’s, ages 12, 11, 10, and 8. We purchased this home last May.
Our home is 3685 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, with a basement
and bonus room. The first room I would like to share is the
kitchen, the heart of the home, I always like to say! 😉 Our kitchen is
small, but cozy!

it was purely by accident, I promise you! My hubby placed an
order for everything in Theater 1 (audio, video, speakers, surround
sound, etc.. etc..) and then began to have the dreaded buyers remorse,
so he went on Craigslist to see if there were any less expensive deals.
Guess what happened, he found a gentlemen that was moving and
selling his ENTIRE theater system for next to nothing. It was such a
good deal, we couldn’t pass it up. We went to the mans house and bought
his whole system “assuming” we could cancel our order we just placed,
just a few hours before. WRONG! So, the rest is history, we were stuck
with two theater systems. We had an
empty basement and decided to set up shop with Theater #2.
Below is Theater #1…

This is where all the magic happens.

Well, this concludes our home tour. Thank you all for visiting,

Hi Deb. I have been following Lizzie for a long time now. I feel quite at home in lovely abode! She is really something when it comes to decorating! That storage area for all of her decorating items is going to make every lady swoon, and go pea green with envy!

Liz has a magnificent home! So much color and drama in every space. But my favorite is that flipping amazing home decor storage room. OMgosh I am so motivated to create something just like that in our one spare bedroom! Super tour Debbie and thank you Liz for taking the time to share your home with us!!
Great post, Debbie. Liz is one of my favorite bloggers. She is so sweet and her style is amazing. Classic and timeless. <3
My goodness! Gorgeous and cozy. Thanks so much for sharing!
Wow, I’m impressed! My husband would love having two home theater rooms. We watch movies at home too because home is so much more comfortable in my opinion. And like everyone else, I’m envious of that storage for the seasonal decor. I’m trying to keep my decor for each season together, don’t have any one place I could even consider to keep all of it in the same place. My inlaws had a storage ROOM before moving into a smaller house for their retirement years. It was the 5th bedroom on the floor plan and was a room lines with shelves where they keep everything that normally falls out of the closets all over the house. I’ve always said everyone should have a room like that.
You have such a beautiful home, thank’s for sharing it give’s me inspiration to start deocorating my home. Keep up the great decorating.
omg i love your home and all the clever ideas the gates on the windows are awsome clever and the way you did your storage area perfect.thank you for shareing

WOW! I love this home. And I am very envious of her home decor storage room! Thanks for arranging the tour Debbie!
Beautiful home, great decorating style, but I would hate to dust and keep clean all of that stuff.
Loved seeing Liz’s home tour. I’m drooling over her decor closet! Thanks Debbie and Liz!
Love your home. So happy I came across your blog. Can’t wait to share ideas!
I love Liz’s style of decorating….I was so disappointed when I went to click on her blog and it says this domain is for sale. Is she not blogging anymore? If so, what a disappointment. Thanks for sharing what I could see of her home. I would love to see her holiday decorating.
Liz retired her blog. Yes, very very sad and I know many miss her. Her Holiday decorating was to die for. I am grateful to have her tour on my blog at least for some inspiration.
You have a beautiful home, Liz
Liz….can you please advise what paint colors you used for your Tuscan design? I am having a hard time finding the right colors for a Tuscan home…color name and brand would be great. Thank you.
Kim @ Cozinest
You have a lovely home! I think my favorite is the Home Decorating Closet. I would absolutely love to have a space like that!
You are such an inspiration. Thank you.
My question might sound a bit critical at first, but that’s not my intention…promise! My front door is like yours, except that the door has windows, AND the sidelights…uggh! Right?
When you’re sitting where you can see the door, does that one always-covered sidelight bother you? I’m pretty darn creative, & your strategy is the one I imagined as well. I also thought about drapes on swing arms??? We have 3 French doors across the front, so I need them to look kind of symmetrical.
We have practically the same tastes, so we might just have the same the same ticks. Please give me you input. This door has worn me out!
Oh…and your home is lovely!
Hi Amanda, I am sure Liz would love to help answer your question. This was a guest home tour on my blog. You can see her info in the post. Thanks.
I love love love your house. I want to start incorporating the Tuscany look but have no idea how to start adding color! !!
I love your style of decorating. This is what I am trying to do with my home. I am however challenged when it comes to decorating. You are a natural. Beautiful.
I know this is an older thread, but I’m trying to find out where the kitchen rug is from. The green with floral border! Thank you in advance if anyone see’s this!
Hi Jordan, I leave the direct source to the blogger in the post. However, I don’t think she blogs much anymore but you can certainly try.
Love your style! I’m looking for a table in my entryway just like your cream color one. Can you please
tell me where I can get it. Thanks! Lil
This is a guest post Lil. I leave the source of the blog in the post. Thanks!
This Tuscan home interiors look like a grand fest opening at a home. It seems so right, with all those colors, the furniture design, the flowers and all. Loved this post. Amazing. 🙂
So much decor inspiration from this blog of yours that I am taking away. Sharing this on our FB page. Thanks. 🙂
What is the paint color you used in your kitchen/dining area. It looks like a dusty green but, need the name. Going to paint my kitchen the same color
This is a guest home tour. I’m sorry I do not have that information.
Gotta have the white entertainment center. Who is the manufacturer?
This is a guest post.
Well o for one love it it’s a lot but put diverged so tasteful thank you for share ing
I absolutely love, love this home tour. I have started incorporating Tuscan and Old World touches in my home but I’m stuck at the moment. I want to do a vignet above my tall entertainment center (12 foot ceilings) but I’ve looked and looked and can’t find any decorative pieces to start my project. I was thinking of a large iron candelabra as the center focal point and building from that. Could I send you some private pictures of the room and this piece for you to help me figure out what to do?
Can you tell me where the entertainment center came from? I have been looking for one just like this.
Ps. Great pictures!!!
I loved looking at this site please add me to the subscribe list
I REALLY THINK THE DINING ROOM SET DOES NOT LOOK TUSCAN NOR THE HUTCH IN THE ROOM IT LOOKS MORE COUNTRY. NEED HEAVIER CHAIRS, UPHOLSTERED AND LOOSE THE WHITE. HEAVIER LOOKING TABLE , ALSO IN YOUR ENTRY WAY ANOTHER WHITE TOP CABINET LOOKING THING IS TOTALLY WRONG. I DID LIKE THE REST OF THE HOUSE THO. MY HOUSE IS ALSO FURNISHED IN TUSCAN, SO I APPRECIATE YOUR TASTE.
