Mod podge Terra cotta pots

Today I want to refresh and share a mod podge project I did long ago, that actually recently inspired one of my readers to try her hand at. I was just smitten with how cute her terra cotta pots turned out and I asked if I could share.

FIRST,

these are my terra cotta mod podged Spring/Summer pots

I had done in the past and I will share a few more I have in my

diy gallery

The herbs died, however, the pots lasted, so that’s a good thing. I tell ya, it is fun to look back…

here is another Terra cotta mod podged pot I did, and our Southern front porch sure has changed And here was another Welcoming Terra Cotta spring-summer pot that I also spray painted and Mod podged

I apologize for some of the poor quality photos…

these are with an old camera and zero knowledge of photography. I take a tad better pics now.

Now onto Karen’s mod podge pots.. I am LOVING them.

And look at her gorgeous Phlox too. Mine died this year, not sure what I did wrong to those.

Such gorgeous magazine clippings as well. So, if you have never mod podged on terra cotta pots, why not give it try?

You can have your own one of kind terra cotta artistic pot. Thanks Karen for sharing with me and my readers. You certainly inspired, even me again to get out my mod podge and do another pot soon. All you need is some magazine inspiration, clip, and modge.

And if you’re looking for more inspiration with Terra cotta pots…I have plenty!

These are so pretty — each one so unique I can imagine people won’t even notice that my PLANTS are dead – they’ll be too focused on the POTS!

    Debbie,
Lots of super cute pots. Makes me want to do one of them too. I have several terra cotta pots that would look cute all dressed up with clippings and mod-podge. Might just give this a try.
