Wood Pallet Fall craft on the cheap!

By Debbiedoo's Team Published: Sep 16, 2011 · Modified: Jul 30, 2013

I love to Fall craft, and on the cheap is even better!
I am really digging the wood pallet/crates lately!
Seeing I change things up so often in the kitchen,
there is no sense of spending a lot of money on home decor.
I went to Michael’s today, for one thing and one thing only!
Well, I left with more, but again all cheap and marked down.
This little wood crate was marked down to $7.00, plus I had a coupon, so it was even cheaper than that.
HAD no clue what I was going to do with it.
I knew for certain, I would paint it,( ASCP), dark wax it, and then lightly sand.
Wanted it too look a little weathered and worn….
I knew there would be a little bit of stenciling on my project, because, there always is these days.
And seeing it is almost Fall, I thought a tree would be simple and appropriate.
Did I mention I have been canning some home made pizza sauce?
YUM, yes I am, and it is good!
So there it serves a purpose, looks cute, and it took care of my Fall craft fix for the day on the cheap.

Just wanted to show you the other ways these little crates could be used…
Cute right?
Have a great day!
and as always your sweet visits.
