It’s a Halloween funkin

By Debbiedoo's Team Published: Sep 8, 2013

Hey there…

this is the last of the funkin carved pumpkins I have to share with you.

I already shared my rooster carved funkin

then my fleur de lis funkin.

and Now this creepy crawler mice funkin.

How to make a creeper funkin with mice

faux pumpkin with mice

What started off as a simple black faux pumpkin

now is a creepy crawly home for mice!

Pumpkins for Michaels challenge 037

Took a simple stencil and duct taped it on my funkin.

Pumpkins for Michaels challenge 039

Used my hot knife from Michaels for the carving out.

Pumpkins for Michaels challenge 065

On the sides I just carved out a few circles to have mice peeking out.

Cute idea! You are way ahead of me! Still too hot here to even think about Halloween or fall decorations.

Hi, Debbie! You are just so creative! I had to check out this funking you’ve got going on. Super cute! I especially love your rooster. I got tickled that you tackled the hardest shape on the very first pumpkin! That’s exactly the kind of thing I would do but I’m not sure mine would have turned out as well! Great job!

Debbie, This one would scare the pants off my hubby, he has a huge mouse phobia. I have to be the mouse catcher in our house. LOL
