I am glad to know someone besides me likes looking at shadows. I have made and published some of myself but no one knew who it was. You had some really good ones today.

I am the biggest of were I hadn’t a shadow when I originally took it – but find so may shadows in our photo archives. Shadows seem to be artistic result of an overabundance of light – why not capture ’em??

I agree, Debbie. I never paid attention either until I started seeing the shadow pictures in blogland. It brings an entirely new element to photography, and I love it.

The sun has to be at the right angle for me to ever post as shadow shot of myself again. HA!

I always see shadows in the middle of the road when I’m driving at night. (I hope nobody from the driver’s permit division reads this blog. And nobody from a mental hospital either.) LOL

One time I saw this huge tree standing right there on my lane. No, I don’t drink… I just drive. 😀 As I was approaching it, I realised that it was just a shadow.

I tell you, I see things. No, I do not imagine them. They are there: on my way, in the very middle of the road. 😀

That angelical Mother Superior scared me! Yes, I have seen some like that when driving!!

Is that the oasis effect??? LOL

Well, ladies, tomorrow I go on holidays (vacation) with my family. Just a few days to Disney World in FL. I will miss you all! See you soon! 🙂

    I bet I will be taking pictures of shadows… Mickey’s??? 😀

These are fun and very cool. I love the angel one! I like it when my shadow self is tall as I’m quite short. But often shadow selves are not so flattering 🙂
