I work by the flour/ free kitchen printable

By Debbiedoo's Team Published: Sep 8, 2016 · Modified: Jul 15, 2022

Hi guys!

This little cute and creative printable, I really can’t take credit for. Thank you Mike…my husband for coming up with it. I made the printable, but he thought of it.

While chatting today before he had to go to work,  I was putting out more ideas to him for my future creative adventure. I sure am happy this man supports me and puts up with some of my nonsense. A lot of times he does chime in with an idea or two of his own. I am thinking about carrying an apron line in the future and selling that as well on Amazon.

First I was thinking about having some of my printables printed on them

Personalized apron idea

Then, I started thinking about it, and really anyone can simply buy a cute apron and stencil on it themselves with washable craft paint. In fact, that would be a lot more fun as well. Not to mention cheaper. So I may start researching that idea next.

However, I also may have ONE exclusive apron with this here graphic and quote my brilliant hubby came up with today.

I have to say, the minute it came out of his mouth, I said “Oh my gosh, I love that”!

NOTE: All my printables that I share are free for personal use only. They are not to be re-created or sold by an Etsy shop or any other retail business, without consent.

****This is an original quote trademarked by my husband***

You can print and frame this cutie for yourself.

I am sure this idea will take me at least 2-3 months from start to finish. Y’all have no idea the behind the scenes of what I have been doing and learning. I have stayed up to the wee hours many of nights these past few months. In the meantime, still tending to my family, the house and of course my baby blog here too. I am not complaining, just letting you know the behind the scenes. I just am not sitting here snapping photos, crafting and fluffing my house. I will say honestly, I have enjoyed every step of the learning curve and process these past few months. It was challenging, but so rewarding to say I did it.

I had a reader reach out to me and ask if everything was ok because she hasn’t seen me post as much.  Well, I am still keeping up on a weekly basis, but sadly there is only so many hours in a day. Wish we didn’t have to sleep!

I bought a pack of card stock and I absolutely LOVE how nice printable looks on it. These would make fantastic and very inexpensive gifts as well this holiday season.

I didn’t even frame this one. I used a Dollar tree clip board for now and have it sitting on my kitchen counter.

Bakers free printable

If my kitchen was clean I would show you…however, I have been slacking on that area for a few days. Let’s just ask “where’s the counter”? Yes, it’s that bad.

Anyhow, y’all enjoy this free printable and I will be back this weekend with our fall mantel, or a pumpkin. I have two things in the archives ready to go soon.

Let me know your thoughts on the apron idea:) Or perhaps burlap bags and accessories you can stencil on?? I need your input on things you like to see when shopping on Amazon.

Pin it, print it, frame it, gift it..enjoy.

The apron is cute, I think it would be nice to put on canvas shopping bags. I might try that idea (with permission) soon.

Love the “I work by the Flour” idea. I also think the printable for us to ‘make’ our own aprons (or table runners, curtains, etc) would be so much fun. You and your hubby make a great team. Thanks Debbie

You mean a stencil? You can’t really make those things with a printable. Well, maybe with some transfer method but that seems too complicated for me HA!

Great slogan. Let’s see, to wear an apron would mean I had to do something in the kitchen.
