Death by chocolate and fries

By Debbiedoo's Team Published: Mar 5, 2014 · Modified: Feb 4, 2025

Good morning hungry friends…

welcome to another addition of:

Cooking @ Debbiedoos with redheadcandecorate.com

This months “Redhead’s Kitchen” is all about 2 of my favorite carbohydrates.

Chocolate and potatoes.

I am calling this Death by chocolate and fries!

Redhead's Kitchen

What did Red say?

Okay, maybe chocolate & potatoes don’t really go well together,

but they sure do make me and my family happy.

Lets indulge a little…

First up is my sister, Carolyn’s

“Homemade Fudge“

(she mails this to us every Christmas from Buffalo, NY….to Michigan)

Next, are 2 chefs I featured from our “Inspiration Monday Party“.

Don’t forget…all of my featured chefs are chosen from that party that begins at redheadcandecorate.com

every Sunday at 2pm EST.

Back to the chocolate…

Don’t forget…we still have potato recipes to share!

I make these “Baked Fries” almost every week at our house.

They are actually good for you.

They are loaded with fiber and nutrients.

Not to mention the olive oil that our heart loves.

Oh, the heck with healthy…these look amazing! Those Reeses Pieces cookies I have to check out (and we rarely eat desserts!), they are soooo loaded with Reeses Pieces! My husband is a potato nut, not sure he’d go for a veggie burger (he’s a meat freak too) but the baked fries sound delicious. Thanks for sharing these recipes!
