Coastal meets farmhouse home tour

By Debbiedoo's Team Published: May 17, 2013

Hello everyone!

Welcome to the Coastal Charm home tour from the Alabama gulf coast.
I’m Linda from Coastal Charm and I am so excited to be part of Debbie’s fabulous Home Tour series! Debbie is such a sweet gal and I am honored to be here today!
Coastal meets farmhouse home tour
I live in Mobile with my wonderful hubs of 27 years.
We have a huge love for DIY! The main reason why we love being DIYers is because we are very thrifty. When I am decorating our home, I am always trying to do it on a budget. If I am thrifty in my decorating, then I can change it up more often and I am one that can’t leave something the same too long. If you don’t already know me, then you might not know that I am the owner of a business called COASTAL CHARM INTERIORS.
This business is a small shop located inside an Antique/Home Design Mall.  You will find, coastal/cottage/farmhouse styles in my shop. The reason why I carry these styles, is because, these are the styles that you will find in my home.~Hope you enjoy the tour~Blessings,Linda

Welcome!!!

Get comfy.

Then meet our family pet. Let me tell ya, he is one
good dog, and very low maintenance.
As you enter into the foyer, you are welcome with a
touch of COASTAL CHARM!!!
As you see, neutral is what I am lovin’
these days.

You can also find lots of vintage

goodies here too.

Family pics are very important to us.

This old chippy paint door is one of

my all time favorite finds.

I made this feed sack artwork
about two years ago, another
favorite of mine.
Some old architectural pieces
were added, when we moved in,

The most used room in our home.
My new rose bushes are thriving.

My brick floors are so easy to maintain

and I love the look that they add

to my farmhouse kitchen.

Here, we have our farm table that Mr.CC

made for us, when we moved in 17 years ago.

Some of my ironstone collection, lives here.

I have so much fun changing up my

free chalkboard.

Some DIY burlap drapes

are always in my budget.

A little peek into Mary Claire’s

room (before she moved back in).

The room that we seldom use.

With all the furniture painting that

I am doing, I will never paint this

dining set. It’s a family piece.

Some more ironstone.

Here, we go back outside to my favorite

room.

Thank you for coming by

for a visit with me.

Thank you Linda for having us over today!
Please pay a warm visit to Linda from Coastal charm today:)
