Coastal living house colors!

By Debbiedoo's Team Published: Apr 9, 2012 · Modified: Nov 12, 2015

We are back from our fun filled Coastal beach weekend! This is just a quick post I am putting together for the newbie party. Coastal living colors, are so MUCH fun! They are so cheery and bright! Against the Carolina Blue skies…how can’t you smile?

This is where we stayed.  It is a duplex style house, which is very common on Carolina Beach.

Very large at 2,800 sq ft.  Can you believe I did not take any pictures of the inside?

We were much too busy and in out every second.

These are the surrounding areas…all such pretty coastal colors.

This is down at the Beach…

We indulged in these donuts, hot…every morning.  Jack my younger boy ate 9 donuts in three days.

I know, I am bad mother!  He worked them off though, trust me.

He went bike riding several times a day.

For ONE single donut it was 90 cents.  Cash only, and they are only open 6 months out of the year.

Seriously, the best donut you could ever wrap your lips around.

I guess the sugar did not get to him after all!

Oh and Lucy had fun too.  My friend Lisa, has two dogs herself, so Lucy had fun playing all weekend.

Let’s get this party started for you Newbies now.

GUIDELINES:

Blogging 6 months or less, and/0r less than 100 followers.

Please add my link or button to your post, so that others can find out about the party as well.

Please visit a few of the party guests…after all that is the point of this party.

What beautiful colors! Sounds like you all had a great time. 🙂 I miss living near the east coast. It has been years since I’ve been back there. Living in Texas, the closest beach is the Gulf about 8 hours away. Thank you for hosting your Newbie Party!

Absolutely gorgeous! That first shot with the sky is beautiful! I could eat a whole box of donuts. I love them! They are my weakness. It takes everything I have to not turn the car into Krispy Kreme when the hot sign is on!

OMG!!! I love their donuts. every summer during girls weekend we go get some. They are gone before we get back to our friends house. Unlike most donuts, if they last long enough to eat the next morning, they don’t get hard when you reheat them!!! Ok, I now have drool on my keyboard, ha!

I love the color of the homes down there. They have a few red ones that I die over every time I see them.

    Thank you for hosting.

Wow! Looks like a great place. I didn’t realize you were only staying for a weekend. It must’ve not been terribly far from home. Your dog, Lucy, is adorable riding in the back seat. We like to take our dog on trips with us too. Is that place reasonable? We’re looking for a place that takes dogs for our summer vacation. Would love to know more about it. Those donuts are calling my name too. I have such a sweet tooth!

Can’t wait to get back into the swing. This place looks great. May have to check it out for next year. Always, looking for someplace new. Off to see what else you have been up too here in Deb land.
