Funfetti!!! YUM..this is and was not on my diet plan.  I actually made these cookies to bring to my girls wine Wednesday gathering night.

Today, I am sharing 3 ingredient funfetti cool whip cookies.  I whipped these up so fast that I only took pictures with my cell phone.

Oh well, I can go on record and say the plate was gone in 5 minutes.  They were awesome!

All you need for this recipe is your memory! Trust me, you will remember it.

Chocolate peanut butter cookies

The other day on facebook live I shared this awesome dark chocolate peanut butter cookie recipe. Check out the highlighted in red link and get that recipe.  Great for the menopausal woman.

You can view that video here.  Oh man, these are delightful and delicious.  Again, not part of my diet plan, although, a bit healthier than the traditional

peanut butter cookie recipe I have shared.

Now for the cool whip funfetti cookie recipe.

You will need

1- egg

1- 8 oz tub of cool whip.  I used lite to cut calories

1-box of Funfetti cake mix.  I have made a strawberry version of these you may view here.

In a mixing bowl whip one egg and the cool whip together.  Mix well.  Slowly add the cake mix and continue mixing by hand or on low with the mixer.  The batter will be thick and somewhat sticky looking.  You can let it chill in the fridge for a half an hour if you like to work with a stiffer batter.  I don’t mind making mine right away.

Preheat oven to 350

Bake approximately 14 minutes.  Oven temps vary so just watch them. Let cool for 5 or so minutes before removing from the cookie sheet.

As you can see I also made a few muffins.  My cookie tray only had room for 12 cookies.  I would say this probably makes a good 24 cookies.  I chose to make 6 small muffins instead for my boys to have.

That’s it.  The end, you’re welcome:)

I love your website. Just came back from Dollar Tree; bought my alum foil, plastic bags and even flip flops for the needed pedicure. It’s nice to see saving money is back in vogue.
    Thanks again! ~ Carole
