Another free Pallet project!

By Debbiedoo's Team Published: Apr 5, 2012 · Modified: Jan 22, 2014

It’s nice to come up with a project that cost you nadda! I still have pallets laying around here from last years outdoor pizza oven project. I have been wanting to make a pallet sign for our kitchen.

I have a new color, I am really loving!

Now do not be jealous of my outdoor, bug infested work area!

I have to admit, it is strange to be tucked in the woods like this.

What would a pallet without a stencil be?

Why just a plain ole pallet!

I am assuming you know what this says?

Bet you did not know you could speak Spanish.

We like the Spanish/French flair in decor. This sounded good to me.  Mr. liked it too.  He hung it up that evening for me:)

Just a glimpse for now.  I will take better pics on a brighter day to share how it all came together.

I just added the live greenery today, I cut it from my outdoor vine.

Thanks for stopping over today!

What a cute project, Debbie. It is so simple to do but adds a whole lot of character. I love it. I finally figured out how to comment here. I was “visiting” directly through my email but with no way to comment at the end. I have to double click your link and LEAVE my email (even though it shows your complete post and pictures there) and actually enter your blog (if that makes any sense at all). Then, and only then, can I comment. I am telling you this because there might be others that don’t know this (or maybe I am the only idiot out here!;>) xo Diana

Debbie, it is sooo pretty! Being born and raised in Spain, this project stole my heart!
I have to tell you it is something you would find in the towns right on the Mediterranean in the south of Spain.
    Beautiful project!

It sounds great! and funny!. I really love English language. But, in this case, Home Sweet Home translates into Spanish as Hogar Dulce Hogar.
Your composition Casa Dulce Casa = House Sweet House

Home Sweet Home. But at first I was thinking Dulce was milk, but that couldn’t be right, then caramel, that’s when it hit me. At first glance I thought I saw, Casa Dulce Mama, so Home Milk Mama? Better get computer glasses.

Is there anything I need to do or do I just need to come directly to your site to check for new posts. I think I added it to reader but not sure why it’s still not updating. Any ideas what I can do to fix this? Hope so! Thanks!
