By Debbiedoo's Team Published: May 20, 2014 · Modified: Feb 4, 2025

Happy day to you all!

What a glorious weekend we had here in the Carolina’s! The weather was perfection for a change.  These past few months and weeks we have had nothing but rain on the weekend.

Back to happy sunshine.  Today I am sharing a delicious  how to make German potato salad.

My husband whipped  this up for our Sunday meal.

We have never made it, but I can tell you we certainly will again.

It was so easy and so tasty.

This looks perfect for a summer side dish! I like the square plates too–much better than the plain paper plates we usually use. Pinned! 🙂

That sounds sooo good. Like the idea that it has no mayo! That’s my kind of meal – potato salad and a hot dog!
