First tenderize the meat, but not necessary, my husband likes to do that. Add seasoning and pierce 3 stems {NOT the entire clove} of garlic in the meat..just small pieces are fine. Cut up onion. Add the carrots, onion, beer lipton soup, smidge of vegetable paste {optional} and beef broth to the dutch oven over meat.
Let cook for 3 hours at 350 degrees. ENJOY with some crusty rolls and a side bowl of ajue for dipping.
You could use a larger cut of sirloin and all the above would remain the same.
