French dip in a dutch oven

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Sirloin tip roast
  • 1 bag of baby carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • vegetable paste
  • 1 pack of Lipton onion soup
  • 1 beer
  • 1 small box beef broth
  • McCormicks Worcestershire pub burger seasoning

Instructions
 

  • First tenderize the meat, but not necessary, my husband likes to do that. Add seasoning and pierce 3 stems {NOT the entire clove} of garlic in the meat..just small pieces are fine. Cut up onion. Add the carrots, onion, beer lipton soup, smidge of vegetable paste {optional} and beef broth to the dutch oven over meat.
  • Let cook for 3 hours at 350 degrees. ENJOY with some crusty rolls and a side bowl of ajue for dipping.
  • You could use a larger cut of sirloin and all the above would remain the same.
