Next, I cut up a fresh lemon in thin slices. I added the lemons,lemon juice, capers {drained and rinsed}, butter,white wine and garlic to the oil that the chicken was cooking in. I let that simmer for about 10 minutes. I then poured it over my chicken, added a dash of parsley, salt and pepper and baked it at 325 for about 25-30 minutes. Uncovered. Serve with rice or potatoes and fresh veggie. Absolutely delish.
